The Gangsters was a team in RP08 that allowed up to 6 people to work together with the Mob Boss. Originally they had the Gangster Agenda which allowed the Mob Boss to post up certain topics, and rules for the gangsters to see and follow out. However, because most people that got the agenda would simply put "Kill Cops" or "Steal stuff", it was removed.
Unique Items and Salary
- Gangsters have a lower salary than Citizens, recieving only 20 Tokens
- Gangsters used to have a weapon, however due to abuse these were removed. They were the following:
- Crowbar: This was given to make them seem more menacing, however people would randomly slap people with them, causing an uproar and players becoming agitated
- P228: The P228 was given to gangsters to help them be more effective in raids, making them more supportive. However people would go gangster for a free gun, and it was removed a short while after.
Because of the class changes, the gangster became a class that was basically known for a custom model. Otherwise, it served no other real use.
