City18 is a Half-Life 2-themed RP map for Garry's Mod. It is partially based off of early concepts of Half Life 2 in the book "Half Life 2: Raising the Bar". It also adds a communistic feel to the city, with dark lighting, unsymmetrical geometry, propaganda, and the color red being put into some places (like the mayor's carpet leading in to his room). It has been used in both Serious and Classic servers.
