Basic Information
As suggested by the names there are two parts of our company. I will go into these now. White: The part of our company dedicated to selling protection agents to shopkeepers and house/gang base owners. The agents will agree a price and time limit (based on the agents experience and arsenal). Within the time limit the agent will follow any orders given by the employer (As long as they are lawful) if the employer is attacked or threatened, the agent will act and the problem will be removed. Black: The darker side of our company, this part is kept from the general publicâs knowledge. Trusted customers will be passed onto this branch if they feel the need for an illegal operation to be done. Drug dealing, protection of drugs and theft are the sort of jobs commonly done by this side of the business.
Back Story: The company formed when two friends and business men attempted to create a perfect company. A company which would provide services everyone would want and everyone would pay highly for. They sat down to discuss such as business, then, they began to argue. They feuded for hours on whoâs ideas were right. One wanted a legal business in which there would be no risk. The other wanted a highly profitable illegal business with a large risk. Finally, they reached a conclusion: There is no reason to choose between. They agreed on the company idea and set about choosing a name, it was simple really. They just stated what they were. Black and White, Evil and Good. They sent adverts out, attracting members into the company. Once the members were trusted enough, they were told about the other side of the company. If, with this new knowledge they wanted to continue working for this company and they are showing dedication they would be promoted to their chosen area. Providing they could pass the test set by their chosen Overseer.

The White overseer controls the entire company, he will assign jobs and pass more delicate jobs onto the Black Overseer. He is the public representative of our company. In the case of the Black Overseer's absence he will take over as a tempory Grey Overseer.
Black Overseer - Twistedsmile
The Black Overseer works silently away from the public eye. The Black Overseer assigns the illegal jobs to his branch. Hehelps protect the company's druglabs and sells guns. He will rarely send out adverts. In the case of the White Overseer's absence he will take over as a tempory Grey Overseer.

The advisor's take over an overseers absence and advise the overseer (They only help and take over from their own colour leader) when he is on. they also will be hired by the company to protect their property.

Both of these have proven themselves as trusted members and will be expensive, but reliable units to hire. The Colour in front of their title shows what type of work they do. If there are none of the opposite colour on the server, they may work for the other side however they will be treated and payed as Grey Thug's as they have no experience in that side.

The newly joined, still unaware of the companies other side. Given a job to test there ability, if they pass, they become a thug, and are told the other side.
