BBuild Update 1

Limitations for each rank is now implemented.
Ranks are now implemented.
A Sandbox moderator is required to change your rank.
A message appears if you are blacklisted.
Removed jukebox code from BBuild
Removed an old SQL Cleansing function from BBuild.
Trails are now disabled on BBuild entirely.
Platinum is now required to have any form of different model on BBuild. May change this in the future.
A Sent limit has been added. See the wiki for BBuild limitations.
A Ragdoll limit has been added. See the wiki for BBuild limitations.
A NPC limit has been added. see the wiki for BBuild limitations.
Removed the entire HUD on BBuild.
Added a control panel for sandbox moderators
Door stool now comes included in the gamemode.

Sandbox Moderators cannot be demoted in game.
All ranks now have unique colours.
Simple Prop Protection will be used until I can get TPP out.

Event Mode has been added
This raises the proplimit for everyone apart from blacklisted users to 200
This raises the Sent limit for everyone to 30.
When a mod / admin updates a players rank, it is announced to everyone on the server and it now shows what rank (numerical) they were changed to.
