all tags have a closing tag as wall( </flash> ) these are not required unless you wish only part of your message to be affected.

Tags may be used together in combos

Color effects use the tag <color=value>

Valid colors include

red
yellow
green
blue
purple
black
white

Colors also accept RGB code values example of red text:

<color=255 0 0>

Flash effects use the tag

<flash=interval>

Blinking text use the tag

<blink>
